Data Central

Data Central is an artistic lighting installation at the Center for Advanced Research Computing, in Albuquerque New Mexico. It consists of 35 RGB light strips placed in the windows of the building, and it displays artistic patterns that are created using data from the computing facility. The system uses approximately 1500 watts, at spans a total distance of 150 feet. It is controlled from a central circuit board which can address each led individually, allowing for complete control over the patterns displayed on the building.
