Energy Flow is a lighting installation on the Rachel Carson Bridge in Downtown Pittsburgh, designed and built by Social Media Workgroup. This project lit all of the supports of the entire bridge, with electricity generated by windmills attached to the bridge. With a span of over 800 feet, this installation incorporated thousands of feet of RGB lighting strips and control units. David Di Donato assembled, soldered and built the control electronics, and assured quality control on the circuit boards used to drive the installation.
